Noah Zacharin is a full-time, widely acclaimed guitar master, multi-genre songwriter, and compelling performer. Born in Montreal, he lives on an acreage in rural Ontario.

“Seriously Agile Fingerstyle”—Vintage Guitar

“Deserving to be mentioned in the same breath with names such as James Taylor and David Wilcox.” (Minor 7th);

Zacharin has recorded nine CD’s of original music. His latest, the critically-acclaimed Points of Light, is “all-genres-Americana.” In addition to his trademark literate lyrics and fingerstyle arrangements, it features beauty added by the likes of Marc Ribot, Kevin Turcotte, and Kevin Breit.

As a soloist he’s opened for Odetta, David Lindley, Dave Van Ronk, Jesse Winchester, etc, and performed internationally at festivals and venues from club to concert hall.

As a producer/instrumentalist he’s recorded and performed with some of North America’s finest.

As a songwriter, his work has been recorded by—among others—popular performer and radio host Laura Fernandez (who translated the song into Spanish) and Rolling Stone (India) cover artist Rehan Dalal.

Zacharin is also an award-winning translator and poet, whose work has appeared in hundreds of publications worldwide. His first book, 18 Sober Detours, was just published by Turret House (Montreal).
